Amber Jelly Mushrooms

Sesame Oil

Soy Sauce

Rice Vinegar

minced Garlic
Pinch
of Salt
Pinch
of Red Pepper Flakes
to taste
Instructions
On medium heat, heat up a pan with the Sesame Oil.
Add the mushrooms, some minced garlic.
Sautéed the mushrooms and Garlic for about 10 minutes
Add in Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Salt, and Red Pepper Flakes.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
