Ingredients

  • 2-3 oz Amber Jelly Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Rice Vinegar
  • ½ tsp minced Garlic
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. On medium heat, heat up a pan with the Sesame Oil.
  2. Add the mushrooms, some minced garlic.
  3. Sautéed the mushrooms and Garlic for about 10 minutes
  4. Add in Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Salt, and Red Pepper Flakes.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
